Its 2012 and its been a full year since I have taken over being Head Coach at ScrapFIT and its been the best year ever! I am so grateful for ScrapFIT and all the people that come with it!
Anyone who works out regularly knows you have to change up your workouts and add new moves to keep things interesting. We did this in 2011 thanks to our amazing talented Weekend Warm Up Coach Missy Whidden with her bi-monthly Weekend Warm Ups!
We have seen some wonderful creativity from Missy and the many participants in the WWU's not mention met and gotten to know a little about the girls who have been in the FITgirl Spotlight! Missy will be continuing the WWU's so many more of you can be in the FITgirl Spotlight!
I wanted to start something new this year but I needed to find the right person for the job and I found her! Our current FITgirl, Sheila Burns will be taking on a new role her at ScrapFIT starting in February.
Sheila will be our Step Class Coach offering you a monthly tutorial! These tutorials will range from hand made flowers (which is amazing at creating) to creating mini albums out of let over Mac & Cheese boxs! These are just a few things I have seen her do in her 6 month term here at ScrapFIT. Sheilas Step Classes will offer you step by step photos and instructions so that you can create one of your own. The best part is these Step Classes will be kept on the ScrapFIT blog so you can access them when ever you need them.
I am so excited and grateful to have Missy and Sheila as ScrapFIT Coaches!
On Friday you will get to meet the up coming team of FITgirls! I can not wait to introduce them to you!
Its a new year and we all have new goals, I hope you will continue to stay ScrapFIT!

Woo Hoo!! I'm so thrilled to be a part of this amazing blog & team! It's so much fun, and I love every minute of it! I can't wait to scrap even more with all of you in the new year! Glad to have Sheila on board!!
